Re: [science-iwg] Annual meeting?
|
I’ll be arriving late on Saturday, around 15:00 at Dulles, so Sunday is not a problem for me. However it appears that in order to get the best attendance we should find another day.
On Monday we have the members meeting so I think that may come in the way. On Tuesday there is the reception. Wednesday does not have a late activity (except for the Eclipse Late Night at 21:00) so that’s an alternative. Thursday is also an option, although some may be on the way home right after the closing session.
It appears to me that Wednesday after the last talk (17:35) is a good alternative to Sunday. I guess we’ll be all good and ready for a dinner by then, but we could combine the two and have a more formal meeting after dining.
