[rmf-dev] RMF repository is being populated

Hello all,

Last week we passed the IP Review, and this week I started to populate
the repository.  Please check them out (pun intended) at

http://git.eclipse.org/c/rmf

There is one repository for all core features, one for each core
feature, and one for ProR for ReqIF 1.0 - have it look, it should be
straight forward.  We'll document this eventually.
