I think the test breakage that I mentioned below is a regression on Windows. There are some tests in the rio-testsuite that fail on windows and it looks like it has something to do with "\n" == "\r\n" on windows and "\n"=="\n" on *nix. In particular the tests literal_with_LINE_FEED.nq/.trig assumes
"\n" == '''
'''
There may be others in that suite that also fail. Can anyone build with tests on Windows?

I think we can mark it as transient.

hi, the simpleliteral (3948) issue is a semver minor change bc of binary incompat. I was hoping it'd be a simple fix (just extending coredatatype from serializable) but doing that is causing some some tests to break. will need to investigate a bit further but sick at the moment.

Hi everyone,
We currently have 4 fixed bugs for 4.0.2.
There are a number of open issues still, but most of them have simply been copied from the previous milestone. Four issues might be worth looking into:
I would like to plan for releasing 4.0.2 on Monday the 6th. That gives us a few days to look into the unresolved issues to decide what we want to do.
Cheers,
