[rdf4j-dev] release 3.7.0: planning and review for a May 20 release

Hi all,
As you all know, it's been over a year since our last release review, which means we're obligated to have another review before we publish our next (non-patch) release. See
https://www.eclipse.org/projects/handbook/#release-review . To make this happen in time I want to pin a date on our next release (3.7.0). I suggest we aim for a release date of
May 20. That means release review will need to start on May 12, which in turn means we will need to PMC approval and IP log approval sorted on May 10 at the latest.
Are there any objections to aiming for this as a release date? If not, I will start putting things in motion regarding IP log and PMC approval.
The other thing I want to stress is that after 3.7.0, we will shift gears, to develop for a 4.0.0 release. There is a lot of work that needs to happen for that, and we need to give ourselves permission to focus on it. But it does mean that after 3.7 is out the door, we will have no opportunity to release any new features or improvements for a while, until we're ready for a 4.0 release (bug fixes, of course, can continue being released).
