Hi,

As remplacement of Daniel Exertier who has been promoted to other activities,
I would like to nominate Minh-Tu Ton That as Co-Project Lead on Eclipse
Capella project.
Minh-Tu is the Top-2nd committer with over 400 commits in Eclipse Capella
project and he already contributes to some of Project lead activities among
releases materials, release plan, requests, development guidelines.
