The Testing and Test Control Notation Version 3 (TTCN-3) is a standardized testing technology specifically designed for blackbox testing and certification. It has been used in a lot of domains: Telecom, European Space Agency, AUTOSAR, Dutch Railways, etc.

Ericsson has an in-house implementation of TTCN-3, used for many years by thousands of people, in other words a mature tool with advanced features, including all the infrastructure such as compiler, cmd line tooling, eclipse plug-ins, etc., but also test ports.
