This would be useful for me since I have many Build Configurations and many Synchronize Configurations and my typical behavior is to jump from one Synchronize Configuration to the other without changing the Build Configuration I am working on.

Now my workaround is to manually editing the .settings/org.eclipse.ptp.rdt.sync.core.prefs file, removing all items containing the word "default".
