[photran] Photran 6.0 RC3 in Helios repository - has problems

The Helios repository has been updated with Photran's 6.0 RC 3 build.  
Unfortunately, there are some problems with this build (notably, you 
cannot access some of the project properties).

If you have installed RC2, please continue to use that until the RC4 
build is available next Thursday.

P.S. For anyone who cares, the offending bug is a very strange one where 
the Java compiler and the (runtime) classloader had different opinions 
about where some of our code was...
