[photran] photran 3.0 beta 2 crashes

Hi,
Nice job with the photran guys.
I use photran 2.1 (features) with eclipse 3.2 and except the fact that the outline it is not complete always (probably something to do with parsing the file) and some false syntax error (Unexpected t_allocatable "allocatable", that;s probably because I use ifort 9.0) I cannot complain to much.
When comes to photran 3.0 beta 2 I have only problems. In fact it is crashing.
The syntax error persists, that is the first thing. This time at least appears in the outline view (the skull). The real problem only starts. When I am trying to open a file in the editor takes quite a long time and finally after two or three files crashes.
I use java
java version "1.4.2_08"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2_08-b03)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.2_08-b03, mixed mode)
and
operating system linux, suse 9.2 kernel 2.6.8-24.18-default
Any thoughts?
