[pde-dev] EPIC pluggin doesnt work

Hi pals, I'm really new with eclipse but I already installed a pluggin
(the php one). I tried to install the epic pluggin which is for perl
coding. For some reasons, Im not able to install it !

When I go on tab: HELP >> Software updates >> new updates, I can see the
epic packages which has been added as a folder previously by me :) ( I
added a folder on http://e-p-i-c.sourceforge.net/updates )

So when I see the terms and license agreements. Fine, I install epic and
eclipse asks me to restart the workbench for the changes to take effect.
Greeeeet. I click on yes of course... When I get back into eclipse, I
dont find anywhere that perl has been added!!??? Open a new projet, no
perl exists except my php pluggin :/ Id love to use it but I think I
missed something... Sorry for my noob question :/
