[papyrus4edu] Papyrus4Education is now available as an extra

Hi everyone,

 

Papyrus4Education is now available as a Papyrus Mars extra, you can install it  :

Use this update site here [1] then select Papyrus Extra Other and select the feature [2].

The feature has been published with 0.7.0 version since the work is still in progress, the current implementation should follow the wiki description [3]
