I’m perfectly fine with CEA holding the copyright, as long as the license is adequate for Zeligsoft to be able to maintain and contribute to the documents, as stated by Sébastien, below.
Whether EPL can be used for documentation may be ambiguous. EPL does include documentation for the “initial contribution”, but makes no mention of it afterwards. I would consider this as inclusive, but then, I am not a lawyer… We could ask the Foundation’s legal’ team’s advice on this.
If not, there is the GNU Free Documentation License that, I believe, is acceptable for use on Eclipse projects. We could also consider Creative Commons license.
On tis subject, Zeligsoft cannot hold the copyright while CEA have it, and Expect if Zeligsoft want to buy it… ;-) However, I do not think we need Zeligsoft to h=own the copyright of the doc. We just need to open-source it with the adequate licence. However, I do not if EPL can be applied on doc? Who know that? .
Finally, as far as I am aware, I am no longer the owner of that document. I believe that it was handed over to Remi, when he was still at CEA. Perhaps it should now be owned by Zeligsoft? Note that I am happy to help out with anyone who has questions about the document.

I think It would make sense for Zeligsoft to “own” it. We have, after all, a high density of UML-RT knowledge and expertise (although nowhere as high as Malina Software Corp., of course).
[bvs] Fully support the option that Zeligsoft should own the Papyrus-RT profile document. Also, as I said, I am willing to help with its maintenance. However, the document is officially owned by CEA, so I've copied Seb on this reply.
