  end-of-day today\, but I have to conclude that we (including myself!) hav
 e badly failed to meet this objective! The only person who has met the obj
 ective is Charles Rivet\, so we all owe him a beer!\n\nAs long as you uplo
 ad your 2016H2 Contributions Review file by end-of-day next Wednesday\, it
  will be fine.\n\nAlso\, I have rescheduled the meeting between 15h00 and 
 16h30 CET (as oppose to 15h00 to 17h00 CET) because it conflicts with a Po
 larsys Steering Committee meeting. Based on the assumption that everybody 
 will respect the 5 min contribution presentation\, 90 minutes will be enou
 gh time for all of the presentations.\n\nFor the people from organizations
  that are not formal member of the Papyrus IC yet\, but who would like to 
 present their 2016H1 contributions and 2016H2 planned contributions\, you 
 are obviously welcome to present. Just let me know\, so that I can add you
