Hi Ian,

I raised https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=493829 and made it critical. Not having a downloads link is not acceptable, not exactly sure why nobody noticed. On the upside if you google "Eclipse Orion Downloads", the first match is the correct page for the Orion downloads.
