Hi Libing,

I figured out the problem. bootstrap.js can not determine the locations
for plugins correctly when the host page is loaded with file: scheme.
I have a quick&dirty patch [1] that worked for me. I have not had time
to run a build and test it but I presume bootstrap.js does
end up in built-codeEdit.js properly.
