That checkbox is the right way to do it.
Only the bug reporter, cc list, and committers will be able to see the
bug report if you check that box. Looking forward to your report <g>

Hi Orion developers:

Is there a certain procedure for reporting security issues for Orion besides
setting the “Committer-only group for handling security advisories in
a closed fashion” checkbox when creating the bugzilla ticket?
