We've deployed a new build to the dev server (orion.eclipse.org). Please re-create your self hosting site by running Convert to self hosting again, and it should pick up the new rule for the client._javascript_ bundle. (If it doesn't, clear your cache and try again).

You can work around this by opening up your self hosting site,

going to Add > Folder ..., then choosing [your orion client repo]/bundles/org.eclipse.orion.client._javascript_/web from the directory prompter. Set the right-hand column to / like this:

This is temporary, until we deploy a build with updated self-hosting rules (at which point you'll be able to do "Convert to self-hosting" again and it will be fixed for you). A build is currently in progress to pick up the fix for bug 421242.
