[orion-dev] How to build?

I started to update to M5, but I just don't know what to do.   I guess I 
have to:
  1) Find my old eclipse.ini and carefully compare the lines to see if 
anything changed and copy over my edits.
  2) Figure out where my workspace is and what parts I should copy over 
to, well, where ever the workspace on the M5 might be.
  3) ?

If this is correct then at best it's silly.  Seems like I would be much 
better off putting my local changes on top of git and merging.

But then I tried to figure out how to go from git to a built image...hints?
