No, what I meant was that overall CPU usage was 25%.

Just to be clear -- the tests were conducted without Git support.  As Ian mentions, Git operations have been CPU-unfriendly in past tests.  If we wish to enable Git, we'd either a) need to fix the CPU hog or b) provision more hardware.
