I just released a bunch of changes related to the way local services are registered by pages, and the way that services are acquired by clients.
This also includes new listener support in the registry, so that service implementations don't have to keep listener lists.
If you are curious in the kinds of code changes, see [1].

This touched a lot of files and I'm not confident I've run all of the changed code by smoke testing.
So can everyone please pull and do some sanity testing?
I verified that the basic navigator operations (both table and tree) and editor operations work.
but it's possible I missed something.

I talked with Simon and Boris and we decided that it's better to break now than to stay in a branch and miss something on Thurs. or Fri.
Apologies if I've broken anybody's workflows.
