Congratulations on your first "Orbit
build".  Fun, uh? 

Just so you (and others know), normally
I promote a "good build" towards the end of each week, but, since
some people are still building for M3 ... and they should be using latest
S-build for that ... I prefer not to put "new I-builds" on main
download page until after M3, to help avoid confusion about "which
to use"; most recent I-build, or S-build. (answer: S-build :) 

And, of course, if anyone has a "critical
need" for a late addition or to promote a new S-build, we can do that
.... just need to discuss impact and keep others informed (in case they
want/need to rebuild) ... so unless I hear different, I'll promote an I-build
towards end of next week. 

Of course, committers (or, anyone, actually)
can still get or use the "committers build" URL, if there were
things they wanted to test to make sure the Orbit build is correct.

Yes, but doesn't appear to be a "bad
one". I'll step you through my "debugging" so you and others
can better learn how to "read" the error messages: 

First, looking at the log it points to: 
http://build.eclipse.org:9777/dashboard/tab/build/detail/orbit-I?log=log20131107093511
And clicking on the "build output" tab (on far right, at top),
You'll see a message about "Tests failed" (that's good ... much
easier to fix :)

When I see a message about "tests failed", I immediately go to
look directly at download page (rather than build log) and there you'll
see the errors more easily: 

So at http://build.eclipse.org/orbit/committers/orbit-I/20131107093511/I20131107093511/
we see

That "Test Results" is green is good ... it means the "test
error" is only in the "ip_log.xml" files ... they are either
missing for these new entries, or they are mis-formed so that the PHP script
scan could not find or match-up the version numbers. 

I've not looked any deeper, but I hope that's enough of a hint you can
take it from here. 
If not, if still confusing, or "looks right" to you, just let
me know and I'll look deeper. 
In either case, (if iplog.xml files just missing, or have incorrect versions)
you simply need to fix and commit them to head ... nothing needs to be
re-tagged, or anything.
