Since this was requested by the Linux tools project (according to original
CQ), one natural fit would be for Andrew Overholt to handle putting it in
Orbit (or, there might be other Orbit committers who are also committers on
Linux Tools).

Hi,
I'd like to propose adding SWTChart to Orbit.
SWTChart (http://www.swtchart.org/) provides basic charting capabilities
using just SWT. It is a light weight alternative that could be considered
by Eclipse projects that require charting functionality but wishing to
minimize their dependencies.
A CQ (https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=5928) has passed
review by the Eclipse Foundation, so the next step would be to have an
Orbit
committer create a CQ proposing SWTChart be committed.
