[orbit-dev] Issues with latest Orbit build compared to previous?

I was casually comparing the latest
Orbit S-build to the previous RC one, and 
was surprised by some of the changes.


What I did was download the zip files,
unzipped them, and diff'd the directories. 
The most interesting results below.


I see the changes related to the change
in the vMajor_Minor tagging, 
that was expected, 

but also see several bundles that used
to be unpacked as directories, 
now left packed as jars. 

Did anyone change this on purpose? Some
subtle change caused by change in base builder? 
We need some careful checking and assessment
and probably respin before our next RC.
