[orbit-dev] Contribute Tuscany SCA API version 1.0-snapshot ?

Hi.
I'm a committer on the STP project.
I'd like to use the library "SCA API" developed by the Tuscany Apache
project.
It went through the IPzilla last year and was approved by the EMO. See [0].
I'm not sure this libray will be used by any other Eclipse project, so I
don't know if Orbit is the best place for this library.
But I'd like to use it as a library so that a nature can add it to the
classpath of Java projects in a user workspace. Therefore, it will
frequently be used.
And in the Galileo list of TODOs, it is said we should avoid nested jars
if possible. [1]
What do you thnk? Is there any problem to commit it in Orbit? Or is
there a better solution?
If there is no problem, I will contribute the library to Orbit.
