[orbit-dev] Fw: Propose a new Stable build be moved to 'downloads' area

I was getting ready to send a note saying
this 5 PM time was late, and then noticed I mis-addressed the original
note, so 
no one even knew I was shooting for
5 PM! ... Well, now maybe 9 PM. 

I've been trying to get some workarounds
ready, related to bug 188509

Again, just let me know if timing is
critical, or if this "S-build" is no good for you.

Unless I hear objections, I suggest
we move the latest committers-area S-build to the official 'stable' builds
in "downloads". 

Say around 5 PM Eastern? (today!) 

This one has the new source bundles
and, a few other new bundles. 

Please check it out, let me know if
something's not right (and/or if the exact timing matters to anyone).
