Dear Mr. Kremer, thank you for the organisation. The timing is perfect (as you know), the next steering committtee meeting is planned for 27th november. Additionaly, I would suggest, that the candidates send a short vita of themselves and a short statement on their planned focus in the respective committee. You distribute these to the persons that are allowed to vow. This way, everybody gets an impression of the people that are electable and of their plans inside the community. The charta stipulates for this case a second representative of the service providers in the Steering Committee as well as in the Quality Committee. As the current representative of the service providers in the Steering Committee, I will organize the election. I propose the following procedure 1. Each service provider can send me via email (hj.kremer@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) until Friday, 14th November the name of a. one person, who wants to run for the seat on the Steering Committee and/or b. one person, who wants to run for the seat on the Quality Committee 2.
