    I think we don't have N&N yet. 
    And I'm not sure where is the best place for it in the current
    infra.

Note that if you add the N&N link to the release entry (e.g. https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.mylyn/releases/3.26.0) then it should be auto-collated into https://eclipseide.org/release/noteworthy/
