Re: [mylyn-dev] password storage
|
Rob,
Strangely the cvs plugin is still using the old method to store the
proxy passwords. But it is using the SecurePreferencesFactory to store
the cvs server passwords.
Also, I am pretty certain that Subclipse is not using new api
introduced in Eclipse 3.4
regards,
Eugene

fyi, I believe Mylyn is still using the keystore (for backwards

migration to the e3.4 secure storage mechanism:
237042: use secure storage to save passwords

It uses the same store as the Team/CVS plugin.

Hi
Where and how does Mylyn store repository and HTTP passwords and how
does this compare to the way Eclipse stores CVS and SVN passwords?
Cheers
