RE: [mylyn-dev] task tags

I think that at the same time as we revise the tag list we should revise our
Bugzilla Components since there is some overlap.  I've added an item to our
Pending Discussion Items on the meetings page.  

Steffen: could you please create a new bug and include the list of current
tags?

+1 for [usability] being more clear than [uex], although I'm not sure if we
should be using a [usability] tag, because we might end up with most
enhancements requests tagged in this way.  For now I have removed the single
[uex] bug I found.  Note that we still have [new uex], which is short for
[new user experience].
