Re: [mdt-ocl.dev] CVS Clean Up

There are a few projects that only contain a readme file, all other
files deleted. Those can be deleted. They are:
- org.eclipse.ocl.examples.eventmanager.tests
- org.eclipse.ocl.examples.impactanalyzer.testmodel.company
- org.eclipse.ocl.examples.impactanalyzer.testmodel.ngpm
- org.eclipse.ocl.examples.impactanalyzer.tests
- org.eclipse.ocl.examples.impactanalyzer.testutils
- org.eclipse.ocl.examples.testutils
