OK, I was finally able to sign (manually) and promote the UML2 build... and then another. UML2 3.2.0M2a is now available. Apologies for the delay; it's been a heck of a struggle (as always)...

You may want to require a space for the UML project. Meanwhile, as
you should belong to modeling.mdt we may lend you ocl's space ;).
Just configure the eclipse.staging directory variable to point to
/home/data/httpd/download-staging.priv/modeling/mdt/ocl/UML_sign
You could also try to create a uml directory in
/home/data/httpd/download-staging.priv/modeling/mdt
