[m2e-users] Problem with Eclipse 4.3 / M2E 1.3.1

Hi everybody, 

i'm using Eclipse 4.3 and M2E 1.3.1.
My problem is, that on change of a source-file, Eclipse is compiling, but
it seems, that the Maven pipeline is not invoked by M2E. No artifact is
created in target-folder and all the other plugins in the 
pipeline are not executed. M2E 1.2 works
fine regarding this issue. Thanks in advance any help.
