[m2e-dev] Now CI job running the m2e-core-tests against master

Hi folks,

With Fred's help, I've created a new job on CI that takes master for m2e-core and m2e-core-tests and run them one after the other.

There is a job parameter that can be used to set different build parameters, so we can use them to just kick a build and the a different maven-core.version for instance to quickly try a different release, a snapshot or a staging build of Maven (that does not remove the risk of issue with exported packages like https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=529540 so it may not be enough in some cases, but still, can be in many others).

Here is the job https://ci.eclipse.org/m2e/job/m2e-core-tests . Feel free to use it extensively! I'll plan to use it later to evaluate how much tests are broken with Maven 3.6.0 and MNG-6530.
