Hi Igor,

There is an unresolved issue regarding workspace artifact resolution during maven launches:

And there is a closed bug on eclipse bugzilla:

I understand the issues with this. However, is it possible to provide a patch, which will introduce a new preferences flag, which is off by default, as mentioned at the last comment of [1]? If yes, what is the normal process? Using github mirrored repository, and take a pull request? Or as an attached patch in bugzilla? We used a feature patch for each version, and It would be great if it was in the production version.
