[m2e-dev] Unnecessary call of Maven builder from upstream project

Hello,

My problem is that sometimes when I save edited POM file then Maven builder of other projects is triggered.

Moreover, Maven builder is executed for upstream projects while it shouldn't. Should it?

This happens randomly. In most cases upstream projects are not called.
