Just make p2 repository with your connector feature available over http.
I use github pages for my personal projects, but you can use any
publicly available server.

In addition, you can contribute your connector to m2e discovery catalog
as explained in [1]. Just keep in mind that it may take time before we
get to review and publish your entry.
