Looks like we've got okay for the last bit of missing legal files.
woo-hoo. Unless I hear otherwise, I'll build and upload m2e 1.0.0
binaries and later today and we will have until Wednesday to test and
rebuild if necessary. I'll send another email when the build is available.

I will also update master version to 1.0.100-SNAPSHOT and assume 1.0.100
will be SR1 version we ship in September. Jump to 100 in micro version
part is necessary to allow delivery of newer versions of embedded Maven
runtime as feature patches. So maven 3.0.3 runtime will be shipped as
version 1.0.1, maven 3.0.4 as version 1.0.2 and so on. I don't expect
100 new maven runtime versions, but who knows :-)
