[m2e-dev] m2e 1.0.0 release

m2e got permission to graduate incubation and release version 1.0.0 as
part of Eclipse 3.7 "Indigo" release [1].

First, I would like to congratulate m2e development team and thank
everyone who helped us.

Second, I will create m2e-1.0.x branch later today and change master to
1.1.0-SNAPSHOT. I think it is too late to contribute the new version to
Indigo RC3 build, but RC4 will have the new version.
