There is still some activity happening on the open issues of 0.11.0 to get LSP 3.16.0 support complete.

However, I am wondering if there is value in a 0.11.0 release with partial 3.16.0 support so those consumers who want that can start with it.

Thoughts? Here or in https://github.com/eclipse/lsp4j/issues/466

I did a review of open bugs and AFAICT there are some that should be resolved for 3.16 to be marked complete, but LSP is not my area of expertise. If you think they are not needed for a 0.11.0 release, please comment/update milestone.
