[lsp4e-dev] LSP4J 0.13.0 planned release next week

Hi folks,

The LSP4J project would like to release[1,2,3] LSP4J 0.13.0 next week to include support for the recently finalized LSP 3.17 spec[4] and DAP 1.55 spec[5] in time to allow downstream projects to adapt for 2022-06 M3.

This message is cross-posted to lsp4e as I think they are the most immediately affected by this. Language server / Debug adapter implementers using LSP4J have a bit more flexibility on when to upgrade.
