Maybe I chose the wrong edtor ? I created a content type wih "Text Editor" as associated editor, does it cover the hover operation ? I have the same issue with textDocument/completion not triggered...

I did play with Wild Web Developer yesterday and I can confirm that they are working.
@Mickael, I noticed that the font is significant larger than JDT hovers. Is this a LS issue or a generic editor issue?
