Another dependency in the mix: https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=7388

This time it is a standalone JAITools jar [1] called Jiffle[2]. This domain specific language is used for the generation and processing of raster content (think a raster calculator).

This dependency has one known problem, it depends on Antlr 2.7.7. The author has offered to update to the latest Antlr 4.x[3] as we have issues distributing Antlr 2.7.x.

When/if that occurs we will be in position to submit a second CQ (presumably for Jiffle 0.3)
