I would say "when we will be ready"... It's difficult to give a precise date as the LWM2M spec is still not released and we also depends of 2.0 californium release.

 We will inform the community when we think that the API for the release will be pretty much stable.

We don't have so many documentation, this is something we should do for the release... If you want to use Leshan Library you could have a look at our code samples. (leshan-server-demo and leshan-client-demo)

   The northbound API is still experimental and will probably not be delivered in the first release of Leshan.
