not sure what the URL you provided is supposed to do for you. However, using standard maven coordinates should work out of the box. At least all the artifacts are available from maven central [1] and can also be downloaded from there (if you want to do that manually).

 

If Ivy is not able to resolve and retrieve the artifacts, I suspect a configuration problem …

When I try to add the latest Leshan milestone (of leshan-client-cf specifically) to the dependencies list of my project (I'm using Ivy in particular) it returns a "not found" response.
