So how it's going to happen: we are going to change
all the packages to org.eclipse.leshan, the license
headers, plus some other legal files, create a big zip
and hand it to Eclipse legal team so they can start the
IP review
At some point they will give us the green light and
the project will be created as github.org/eclipse/leshan and the
code imported (with git history squashed).
So we need to "freeze" the code while the Eclipse
team review the contributed code.
What do you think of freezing in 2 weeks: Friday 16th
