[lemminx-dev] Committer Election for Andrew Obuchowicz on Eclipse LemMinX has started

A committer election for Andrew Obuchowicz on project Eclipse LemMinX
(technology.lemminx) was started by Fred Bricon with this criteria:
Andrew is the main author and is the "gatekeeper" of the Maven specific
extension to LemMinX. He is contributing this extension to Eclipse LemMinX
project, (among other reasons) to improve collaboration with LemMinX "core".
He started to build this extension before LemMinX came at Eclipse.org, has
implemented numerous features on top of the existing extension mechanism, and
has contributed feedback and code to improve the extensibility of LemMinX
itself. His contributions are not only about building a good language server
for Maven, but can also be seen as one of the main showcase of what LemMinX
extensions can achieve, and can also bring a different point of view to help
identifying the best improvements LemMinX can bring for extension developers.
As a LemMinX committer, Andrew will continue managing the Maven extension at
Eclipse.org on the "lemminx-maven" GitHub repo, like he used to do on his own
GitHub repo previously.
For those reasons, I think Andrew would be a good addition as a committer to
LemMinX. Please join me welcoming Andrew as LemMinX committer!
