[kura-dev] Update on Karaf

Here is an update on the efforts to bring Kura to Karaf:

In my experimental branch I did start to create two deployment targets. Both based on Fedora. One is a Fedora 24 based docker image, the other one is a Fedberry ARM image for the Raspberry PI. The docker image is intended to run the Kura emulator configuration.

While the Docker image can currently be run, there are some issue with the Linux image, mostly due to issue #476.
