[kapua-dev] Making all calls open

Hi,

as discussed in today's call I would like to suggest to make all calls open.

It is hard for people following our discussions if they do miss the Monday call. We may be not aware of it, but we don't really differentiate between topics on Monday vs Thursday. It is more a stream of topics and if you only have access to the Thursday call you will have gaps in understanding our decisions.

So I would like to see all calls being open to the community and being recorded as well.
