That's what I figured. Please keep me posted as to what can be done on the Oracle end. Otherwise I think we need to figure out what to do for this for Jakarta EE 9 - both from the vendor and non-vendor ends.
Also, adding Ivar for awareness. I am still unsure how to figure out issues like this. Maybe we need to collaborate with the working group to see who can step up?

I will ask folks from my team to prepare it for Jakarta EE 9, but if someone from the community wants to push it forward, I am totally fine with it.
