Hi David and Arjan,

According to 
https://wiki.eclipse.org/How_to_Prepare_API_Projects_to_Jakarta_EE_8_Release, 
we need to prepare the spec for JSP,  I saw you have committed the 
boilerplate spec in JSP repo, are you going to do the work for JSP? 
including the work of TCK and release them to maven central? if yes, I 
will not track it any more, thanks.
